Who we are:
The Meaningful Múinteoir was established by author and teacher Bernie Woods. We provide school based programmes and community based programmes on mindfulness for children.
We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and would like you to feel safe when you give us your personal details. We will always clearly identify ourselves in our correspondence.
In order to provide you with relevant information, respond to your enquiries and requests for services we will sometimes request that you provide us with information about yourself. This Privacy Notice will inform you of the information we gather and how it is used.
In this document “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to The Meaningful Múinteoir. Please read this statement carefully as this sets out the basis on which any personal data, we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

The Meaningful Múinteoir complies with EU General Data Protection Directive (GDPR) for the collection, use, and retention of all personal data.

Name, Date of Birth, Address, Phone Number, and in some cases Health information & Medical Information, - this is necessary for the provision of our services.

We may collect special category data for the purposes of our services, we always obtain parental consent prior to processing this data.

Why are we processing your data? Our legal basis.

This information is processed to operate a safe environment for the children and staff, to identify and mitigate any potential risks and to report incidents/accidents. This data may be shared with our insurance company

How long we hold your information

Who we are sharing your data with:
We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to The Meaningful Múinteoir while engaging with them to provide our services. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide on your behalf. These third-party service providers such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processers, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information and you may read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled.
